This privacy policy describes how IGA Worldwide Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, IGA) handle information received on-line and from visitors to the IGA website. This policy does not apply to information received in other ways or through other websites.

Information collected through our Website
The IGA website enables visitors to learn about and interact with IGA.

Visitors to the website may voluntarily submit their own personal information - such as name, email address, postal address, and telephone number - in order to obtain information from IGA or to enroll in programs or services offered through the website. This information will be used to process the visitor's request or to provide the offered program or service. To aid in operating the website, the website also collects other information about that does not directly identify any website visitor, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, browser language, service provider and local time. The website tracks which pages are viewed by capturing and analyzing clickstream data that are not associated with any identifiable visitor.

The website utilizes a common technology called cookies to distinguish among new and returning visitors to the website. When a visitor views the website, IGA assigns a unique number that is stored on the visitor's computer. IGA's cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information. Information collected through Computer Games
IGA technology delivers content and information to and from certain Internet-connected computer games that use our services. In order to select the content that is displayed during the game, IGA uses the IP address of the game players computer. IGA does not use IP addresses to ascertain any game player's identity. The IP address is used to determine the player's country or city, the game being played, the size and length of time that content is displayed within a game, and the length of a game session. This data is used to calculate the fees that are charged to third party content providers and advertisers.

Aggregated statistical information such as the percentage of users playing in a particular area or the average length of a game session, may be shared with these third parties. IP addresses are retained only until the end of a game session.

Email messages
If you choose to provide your email address to IGA, it will be used to respond directly to your request (e.g. requests for information or employment inquiries), or for other purposes if you have given us permission to do so.

Where we hold information
IGA maintains information on computer servers that may be located in the European Union or the United States of America. With respect to personal information originating in the European Union, IGA's U.S. offices adhere to the Zprinciples of the Safe Harbor data protection framework established by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission. IGA follows generally accepted industry standard to protect personal information that it maintains or transmits, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children's privacy
IGA does not intentionally solicit or collect any individually identifiable information from or about children under the age of 13.

Third parties to whom we might transfer information
IGA does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed to IGA's contractors and service providers for the operation, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the website or IGA's content-serving services, subject to the limitations provided in this privacy policy.
